Egg Bites

These quick and easy egg bites are a nutritious way to start the day! Include whatever toppings and seasonings you enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz liquid egg whites (can also use eggs)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (can use a variety of colors)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese or crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • cumin to taste
  • basil to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  2. Coat muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Fill each muffin cup halfway with egg whites
  4. Add spices, veggies, and cheese to taste
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
