Cheezy Kale Chips

Kale chips are really good and healthy. They don't taste healthy. They taste delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches kale
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 1 hour
  2. Wash the kale and rip it into bite-sized pieces
  3. Squeeze the lemons to make roughly 1/2 cup lemon juice
  4. Chop the bell pepper
  5. Blend together bell pepper, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic powder
  6. Coat the kale pieces in "cheeze" sauce
  7. Dehydrate kale chips overnight
