Avocado Cheese Bagels

Avocado cheese bagels are a good breakfast. You can use different kinds of bagels. We used onion bagels. Other types of bagels that taste good with avocado and cheese are everything bagels and cheese bagels.

Ingredients
  

  • bagel
  • avocado
  • cheddar cheese
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic

Method
 

  1. Slice the bagel in half.
  2. Place cheese slices over both halves of bagel.
  3. Toast bagel for 1-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. Meanwhile, mix 1/4 tsp garlic with half an avocado and spread on bagel (can be used for 2-3 bagels).
  5. Brush or drizzle olive oil over avocado.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
