Avocado cheese bagels are a yummy breakfast. You can use different kinds of bagels. We used onion bagels. Other types of bagels that taste good with avocado and cheese are everything bagels and cheese bagels.
These are the ingredients. You can use normal garlic instead.
First, you cut the bagel in half. You can use a knife or a bagel slicer. A bagel slicer is a little safer.
Slice the cheese until you have enough to cover your bagel.
Now put the cheese on the bagel halves.
Toast the bagels until the cheese melts. This might take 1 to 5 minutes depending on how thick you made your cheese slices.
Now slice the avocado and scoop it in a bowl. Then mash the avocado with a fork.
Add 1/4 tsp garlic and stir.
Now spread the avocado mix onto the bagel.
Now brush olive oil gently onto the bagel.
Now sprinkle grated parmesan cheese onto the bagel. You can grate it yourself if you want with fresh parmesan or you can use the kind that comes in a shaker.

Ingredients
- bagel
- avocado
- cheddar cheese
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half.
- Place cheese slices over both halves of bagel.
- Toast bagel for 1-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, mix 1/4 tsp garlic with half an avocado and spread on bagel (can be used for 2-3 bagels).
- Brush or drizzle olive oil over avocado.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
