<p>This fun tortilla pizza recipe was shared by Evangeline (age 9).</p>

<p>Tortilla pizzas are easy to make. If your kids don&#8217;t like cheese or are allergic to cheese, you can do some without cheese. You can also use other toppings, but we just used pepperoni and olives. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="683" src="https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-ingredients-1024x683.jpg" alt="tortilla pizza ingredients" class="wp-image-730" srcset="https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-ingredients-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-ingredients-300x200.jpg 300w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-ingredients-768x512.jpg 768w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-ingredients-640x427.jpg 640w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-ingredients.jpg 1200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>These are the ingredients we are going to use. You don&#8217;t have to use string cheese. We were just out of the big block of mozzarella. Oops?</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="751" src="https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-utensils-1024x751.jpg" alt="tortilla pizza tools" class="wp-image-732" srcset="https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-utensils-1024x751.jpg 1024w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-utensils-300x220.jpg 300w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-utensils-768x563.jpg 768w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-utensils-640x469.jpg 640w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/tortilla-pizza-utensils.jpg 1200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>These are the tools. You might also need a cutting board. We like to use a <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Boxed-Cheese-Grater-Black-Handle/dp/B089Q1XTKY/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">box grater</a>. </p>

<p>To start making tortilla pizzas, put tortilla on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 375 F. You don&#8217;t have to use both types of tortillas. Some people in our family like flour tortillas and some like corn.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="683" src="https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/put-on-the-sauce-1024x683.jpg" alt="spread sauce" class="wp-image-727" srcset="https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/put-on-the-sauce-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/put-on-the-sauce-300x200.jpg 300w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/put-on-the-sauce-768x512.jpg 768w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/put-on-the-sauce-640x427.jpg 640w, https://villagekidskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/put-on-the-sauce.jpg 1200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>Then you spread the sauce. </p>
